M&P Water GmbH is the specialist department within the M&P Group "Engineering for a Better Tomorrow" that focuses on the topic of "water" and all associated facets.

In addition to the classic specialist areas and tasks of hydraulic engineering, this focus includes hydrology, hydraulics, flood protection, heavy rain management, ecological hydraulic engineering, water development and river engineering, environmental and landscape planning, dams and hydropower plants, as well as geotechnical engineering, structural engineering and methodological tools such as GIS and BIM applications.

We are looking for reinforcement at our existing locations in Gotha, Cologne and Leipzig, whereby we are flexible with regard to location development in Germany and enable mobile working.

Your tasks primarily include the following areas:

• Planning of hydraulic engineering facilities and execution of associated engineering tasks on a national level (HOAI service phases 1 - 9)
• Creation of German and English documents for the standardization of engineering tasks and external presentation of the company

Some basic requirements for your profile are listed below:

• You have successfully completed a degree in civil or environmental engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in the processing or management of hydraulic engineering projects is desirable.

• You have knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, geotechnics, solid construction and environmental planning based on your studies and any experience you may have.
• Sense of responsibility, communication skills, ability to work in a team and structured thinking

• Of course, any additional knowledge is an advantage in day-to-day business, ranging from methodical approaches to project management, applications of specific software such as iTWO, ArcGIS or CAD, through to sound knowledge of procurement, construction and contract law.
• We are happy to bring you up to the "final level" of your training with internal and external training events.
