Based in Hanover, you will support us in the processing of nationwide projects in the field of subsoil exploration and geotechnical construction supervision. What you can expect:

• You take over the geotechnical consulting
• You accompany geotechnical field service assignments (approx. 50% of your working time)
• Your tasks include the coordination, control and expert supervision of earthworks as well as geotechnical monitoring in the course of the implementation of construction measures, in particular infrastructure measures
• Of course, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with planners, authorities and experts during construction
• You carry out soil engineering control tests and soil mechanical laboratory tests
• You will also be responsible for geotechnical approvals.
• Independent performance of geotechnical on-site tests (e.g. dynamic/static LP, Proctor and densitometer tests)

What you bring with you:

• You have a degree in civil engineering, engineering geology, environmental and geosciences or a specialist qualification in geotechnical engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have extensive technical know-how in the field of geotechnics / geotechnical construction supervision
• Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in the area mentioned.
• You are characterized by an independent, goal-oriented, structured way of working and analytical skills
• You have a talent for communication, a confident manner and negotiating skills round off your profile
• Possession of a category B driving license is a prerequisite
• You have knowledge of construction standards and procurement regulations
• Confident use of standard MS Office products, a high affinity for digital media and excellent written and spoken German language skills.
