Are you looking for a new challenge in an exciting and continuously growing team? Do you already have experience of managing small teams? Then take on responsibility with us as Head of Urban Water Management (m/f/d) at the Leipzig or Dresden locations.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a division manager (m/f/d) with an affinity for leadership who is very familiar with the HOAI service phases 1-9 in the field of urban water management, drinking water, wastewater and stormwater and has experience in leading small teams.

What you bring with you:

• a degree in urban water management or comparable training
• Professional experience in a planning office or in public administration
• Several years of professional experience in the field of acquisition, professional networking and project management/execution as well as visible project references,
• Negotiating skills, economic thinking and acting, service orientation and strong contacts,
• excellent knowledge of planning, tendering and monitoring planning processes,
• confident, team-oriented appearance,
• Very good communication skills and team spirit out of conviction
