M&P Energy is the youngest company in our Group. We are pooling all our expertise in renewable energies at our locations in Hanover, Hamburg and Osnabrück.

As a specialist planner for shallow and medium-deep geothermal energy (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the project development of sustainable energy concepts for residential and commercial properties, whether existing or new. Geothermal energy plays a key role in covering the base load. If you are interested, you will also develop local heating concepts with geothermal energy or based on waste heat from waste water or cooling processes.

We are looking for candidates for this position in Hanover, Hamburg and Osnabrück.

What your tasks are:

  • You are responsible for the technical planning and design of geothermal systems using open (well systems) and closed systems (geothermal probes, collectors, etc.)
  • You create feasibility studies and take over the specialist planning from preliminary planning to implementation planning
  • As part of the projects, you prepare tender documents and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • As a technical project manager, you will support the site management
  • You also act as a communicative interface to all project participants

What you should bring with you:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in geosciences, hydrogeology, civil engineering, renewable energies or similar
  • Thanks to your professional experience - ideally several years - you have acquired specialist knowledge in the field of geothermal energy / energy concepts / renewable energies
  • You are motivated to acquire specialist knowledge through internal and external training courses
  • EED and/or EWS knowledge is desirable. Feflow and AutoCAD knowledge advantageous
