- You will shape the future by dismantling buildings, remediating contaminated sites and making them ready for construction - taking responsibility for exciting projects in site development and waste disposal as part of a dedicated team.

- You will support your team in the planning, tendering and construction management of refurbishment measures, take care of all the details and ensure efficient and sustainable implementation.

- You support everyone involved and ensure that everything runs smoothly, on time and within budget.

- You monitor the progress of the project, ensure compliance with legal and technical standards and work closely with the authorities.

- You develop environmentally friendly solutions, pay attention to the highest safety and sustainability standards and integrate modern technologies into your projects.

What you should bring with you:

- Knowledge of technical or scientific work

- You have real team spirit and enjoy developing solutions as part of a team

- You are ready to familiarize yourself with the planning, tendering and construction management of building demolition and contaminated site remediation projects

- Knowledge of the investigation and assessment of building, soil and groundwater contamination would be an advantage

- Ideally, you have knowledge of the expertise according to TRGS 519, TRGS 524, BaustellV and LAGA PN 98; alternatively, we offer appropriate in-company training in this area

- Knowledge of the use of BIM, GIS or CAD is an advantage

- You are in possession of a valid category B driving license

- You are a talented communicator and keep a cool head even in difficult situations

- A high level of social competence is also one of your strengths
