In addition to the classic specialist areas and tasks of hydraulic engineering such as hydrology, hydraulics, flood protection, heavy rainfall management, ecological hydraulic engineering, watercourse development and river engineering, environmental and landscape planning, dams and hydropower plants, this focus also includes topics of geotechnics, structural engineering and methodological tools such as GIS and BIM applications.
At our existing location in Koblenz we are looking for reinforcement as Project Engineer (m/f/d) Hydraulic Engineering. Your tasks will primarily include the following areas:
- Planning and/or project management of hydraulic engineering facilities and execution of related engineering tasks at national (HOAI service phases 1 - 9) and international level
- Project-internal coordination of the team
- Management and technical review of third-party services
- Supplement and contract management
- Approval management for larger projects

What you bring with you:
- a successfully completed degree in civil or environmental engineering or a comparable field of study
- one to two years of experience in the processing of hydraulic engineering projects
- Knowledge of hydraulic engineering, hydrology, hydraulics, geotechnics, solid construction and environmental planning
- Sense of responsibility, communication skills, ability to work in a team and structured thinking
- Of course, any additional knowledge is an advantage in day-to-day business, ranging from methodical approaches to project management, applications of specific software such as iTWO, ArcGIS or CAD, through to sound knowledge of procurement, construction and contract law.
- German and English spoken and written, further language skills are welcome
