Your tasks:

  • You take over the project management for existing buildings
  • Object monitoring
  • Construction measures in existing buildings in work phases 1-9 (HOAI § 33 - § 35) are supervised by you independently
  • You will represent the interests of the client and work closely with our contact persons
  • You are responsible for monitoring and controlling costs, deadlines and quality

What you bring with you:

  • You have a successfully completed degree in architecture/civil engineering or have completed training as a construction technician.
  • You have at least five years of professional experience
  • In recent years you have been active as a project manager in service phases 1-9 (HOAI § 33 - § 35)
  • You have sound knowledge of HOAI, VOB and BayBO as well as experience in planning and CAD drawing
  • You also have experience in tendering and contracting.
  • Ideally, you are confident in using tendering software
