Job description

To further strengthen our building land department we are looking for as of now You as Senior Civil Engineer Geotechnics (m/f/d) at our location in Cologne.

Your tasks:

• Their focus is on ground and foundation consulting
• You are responsible for the structural and static planning of geotechnical constructions for earthworks and special civil engineering such as foundations, excavations, retaining walls, earthworks (GGU or DC software)
• Your tasks include cost estimates for earthworks and special civil engineering measures
• You are responsible for the supervision and monitoring of civil engineering measures on site
• Reports and expert opinions are prepared by you
• Independent scheduling and project planning
• Customer support and project acquisition are part of her activities

Our requirements / your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or comparable training
• Several years of specialized professional experience required (>5 a)
• Good written expression, ideally through experience in report/expert opinion writing
• You are interested in working with many of our specialists in a team-oriented and interdisciplinary manner
• You are motivated to acquire further industry and specialist knowledge through internal and external training courses
• You are experienced in using MS-Office, have a car driver's license (class 3 or B) and are willing to travel for individual days (mainly in western Germany)
