At M&P Ingenieurgesellschaft Gruppe Nord, around 125 employees at the Hanover, Hamburg and Osnabrück sites are currently working on projects in the fields of environmental engineering, contaminated sites and water management. Our core competencies are services in land development (land recycling, subsoil investigation and demolition), the development of concepts for the remediation of contaminated sites as well as the investigation of abandoned military sites and the clearance of explosive ordnance.
Your tasks
-You manage challenging projects in the field of water restoration and sediment management - from the feasibility study to implementation.
-You will be responsible for the planning, tendering and construction supervision of measures for desilting, sediment treatment and bank stabilization.
-You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, technical experts, laboratories and construction companies.
-You carry out on-site inspections, sedimentological assessments and technical variant comparisons.
-You will develop sustainable and economical remediation concepts for lakes, ponds, watercourses and retention basins.
-You will be responsible for communicating with authorities, clients, engineering offices and the specialist departments involved.
Your profile
-You have a degree in hydraulic engineering, environmental engineering, geoecology, civil engineering or a comparable field.
-You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the project management of water restoration or desilting projects.
-You are very familiar with hydraulic engineering, limnological and sediment technology issues.
-You have experience with tenders according to VOB, HOAI service phases as well as with approval and participation procedures.
-You have a good understanding of ecological relationships and technical processes.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and show personal responsibility in project management.
-You impress with your strong communication, negotiating and leadership skills.
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and are confident in using industry-standard software (e.g. AVA, CAD, GIS).
