Description

Around 700 employees work in the M&P Group on the vision for a better future in the areas of construction and sustainable urban development, environment and climate protection, water and renewable energies. Numerous companies in Germany ensure proximity to our customers. At M&P Ingenieurgesellschaft Gruppe Nord, around 125 employees at the Hanover, Hamburg and Osnabrück sites are currently working on projects in the fields of environmental engineering, contaminated sites and water management. Our core competencies are services in land development (land recycling, subsoil investigation and demolition), the development of concepts for the remediation of contaminated sites as well as the investigation of abandoned military sites and the clearance of explosive ordnance.

What you can expect:

-You manage complex projects in the field of hydrogeology - from planning and implementation to the presentation of results.

-You will assume technical and organizational responsibility for interdisciplinary project teams.

-You will develop innovative concepts for groundwater management, remediation of contaminated sites, site assessment or water development.

-You coordinate contacts with authorities, customer appointments and external partners.

-You ensure efficient project execution and monitor budgets, schedules and quality.

What you bring with you:

-You have a degree in geosciences, hydrogeology, environmental engineering or a comparable subject.

-You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of hydrogeology, ideally with project management or leadership experience.

-You have sound knowledge of groundwater flow, site modeling, geohydraulic assessment and/or contaminated site management.

-You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner - even under time pressure.

-You have experience in dealing with customers, authorities and expert opinions.

-You are a team player with leadership skills and impress with your strong communication skills.

-You are proficient in common software tools (e.g. GIS, MODFLOW, Visual MODFLOW, FEFLOW) and ideally have experience with tenders and tendering.

-You have a very good command of written and spoken German, knowledge of English is a plus.
