Description

Around 700 employees work in the family-run MuP Group on the vision for a better future in the areas of environment, climate protection, water and renewable energies as well as sustainable urban development. The group includes the Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH North with locations in Hanover, Hamburg and Osnabrück. The company currently employs around 120 people in the specialist areas of soil protection and waste, environmental and geotechnical engineering, water management, geoinformation, explosive ordnance and nature conservation.

We are looking to strengthen our team with a Team Leader Environmental Planning / Permit Management (m/f/d)

The Environmental Planning / Permit Management team currently consists of around 6 employees. The team is supplemented by the Nature Conservation department with a further 8 employees. Our client structure consists of both public and private sector institutions. The projects are primarily located in northern Germany.

Your tasks:

  • Technical and organizational management of the Environmental Planning / Permit Management team
  • Conducting information and coordination meetings with authorities, customers and other stakeholders
  • Preparation of expert reports and permit applications
  • Organization of the project processes
  • Technical and economic management of the environmental planning team's projects
  • Support for selected customers / new customer acquisition
  • Close cooperation with the management at the Hamburg, Hanover and Osnabrück locations
  • Participation in strategic decisions for the further development of the team
  • Participation in personnel selection and management

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, geosciences or similar.
  • Many years of practical experience in project management in the field of environmental protection and/or permit management
  • Sound knowledge of German environmental law
  • Authorization to submit building plans desirable
  • You have initial professional experience in a management position with technical and commercial responsibility
  • With your appreciative, clear and respectful communication, you generate an atmosphere of mutual trust - in the team, in customer contact and in the network - and act as a role model
